Today was a huge success! I was being chauffeur driven to the new location for LFW Somerset House in preparation for Emilio's show. Only seems like yesterday when I was working with him for his A/W 2009 collection and here I was again 6 months later.
I plough through the photos and do the running order and put all the models into position ready to be dressed after hair and make-up.
Amazingly the show starts at the schedule time of 4:30 which is a miracle in fashion as we all know 'It is Fashionable to be Fashionably late!'
Once the models had done their finale walk...the backstage area was swamped with press and overjoyed family and friends. Susie Bubble even made an appearance. After food and sleep deprivation for the last couple of days the Emilo crew head out to grab a few glasses of free champagne....... raspberry champagne is definitely on my christmas wish list thank you very much!
After the bubbles got to my head from drinking on an empty stomach, Emilio takes us to a local bar and plies us with more champagne as a celebration to 'we did it' and 'we did it good!'
Pay particular attention to the studded belts and pleated chiffon dresses.
