G R A D U A T I O N

All good things must come to an end. An end of an era. My graduation was on Monday at the Royal Festival Hall. I cant say I was particularly excited or relieved. I guess its hard to accept that the best time of your life is now over and its time to brave the real harsh cruel world of fashion!

I took a step back from my usual style sense and thought 'How can I avoid a fashion faux pas in my graduation pictures in years to come' I guess it was a rhetorical question because the answer was ' to settle with an outfit that was timeless and classic' Almost words that Mr Karl Lagerfeld would have chosen himself. So I used CHANEL as my muse and raided my wardrobe for the potential outfit. I hauled out a vintage blouse I brought back a few years ago at Portabello. I teamed it with a black high waisted pencil skirt and my purple patent Loubitons (after having tweeted for peoples opinions attached with pictures.)

The day was exhilarating, emotional and gave me closure on what has been possibly the best experience of my life. Meeting up with the girls and graduating together meant that we had been there from start to finish with eachother. It was perfect.
